ABOUT OUR COMPANY
History
The origins of MM-INDUSTRY SP. Z O.O. lie in the combination of the experience of PM INVEST SP. Z O.O. and its founder Marek Zieniewicz, who has 27 years of experience, with that of the second main shareholder, Marcin Odjas, who has 18 years of experience in project management in industry.
As partners, we decided to combine our experience gained in the construction and industrial sectors to create a new entity providing a wide range of services in the field of PC and EPC project implementation. We have collaborated with leading developers and general contractors in Poland, also working for the largest industrial companies in Poland.

Experience
During our 26 years of experience in the construction sector, we have managed 33 diverse construction projects with a total usable area of 126,000 m2. These included both residential and industrial facilities. In the last 5 years, we have managed 10 development projects. These were projects involving the reconstruction and revitalization of existing factory buildings and tenement houses listed as historical monuments, as well as new multi-family buildings with a total area of 35,000 m2. This is over 800 residential premises and 14 commercial premises, which are not only numbers, but above all stories of success, customer satisfaction, and quality of workmanship.
In the industrial sector, in the field of mechanical engineering, our staff has completed a total of over 500 projects since 2008. In the industrial sector, the value of projects completed by our staff amounts to approximately PLN 670,000,000.00 gross.
Our team
The strength of our company lies in its committed and passionate employees. They have extensive experience in prefabrication, renovation, and investment projects in the industrial and commercial construction sectors. Our staff consists of experienced architects, project managers, construction managers, contract engineers, construction engineers, industry specialists, and highly skilled contractors, without whom it would not be possible to complete projects with the quality and within the deadlines expected by the client.
